61. Facility or equipment alterations: An employer who makes alterations to facilities or equipment in an establishment that could cause the emitting of asbestos dust has in this respect the same obligations as those recognized in the Safety Code for the construction industry (chapter S-2.1, r. 4) for an employer, as if such works were carried out on a construction site.
The establishment is then classified in accordance with the type of work performed therein under one of the construction categories determined under section 3.23.2 of that Code.
